At Ghefryonphshulur, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted seasonal decorations. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help make it right.

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition, unused and undisplayed
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from any damage, odors, or alterations
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-designed wreaths and personalized decorations
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products that have been displayed, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom wreath designs, these items are non-refundable once production has begun. We work closely with you during the design process to ensure satisfaction before crafting begins. If there are concerns about your custom order upon delivery, please contact us immediately to discuss options.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at helpcenter@ghefryonphshulur.world or call +1 816 483 5100 to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization number along with shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Step 3: Ship Your Item

Carefully package your item to prevent damage during transit. Ship the item to the address provided with your Return Authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please indicate this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the new item has a different price, we will adjust the charge or refund accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your seasonal decoration arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Shipping Costs

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. For damaged or defective items, Ghefryonphshulur will cover all return shipping costs.

Late Returns

Returns received after the 14-day window may be accepted at our discretion with a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
